Every feature starts from a live seller’s pain and says what it does and does not do: capture, WhatsApp cart, cash on delivery, couriers, invoicing.
- Comment capture
You lose orders in the comments and can’t tell who took what.
LiveShopia reads the live comments, recognises “I’ll take it”, the claim code and the size, and reserves stock in comment order. Anything unclear comes to you.
- The WhatsApp cart
You send 80 carts by hand and fall asleep on your phone.
After a reservation, the customer gets the cart on WhatsApp, from your official number, with buttons for delivery and payment. She confirms in 20 seconds, no account.
- Cash on delivery without refusals
Parcels come back and you pay shipping twice.
A cash-on-delivery profile that fits you: no deposit, fixed deposit, a percentage, or a deposit only for new customers. Each customer’s trust level decides on its own.
- Couriers
You spend an hour every evening creating shipping labels.
The shipping label is created from the order after confirmation: home or locker, cash on delivery or not. Labels at packing, the courier statement closes the payments.
- Invoicing
You invoice every private customer by hand, after every live.
LiveShopia does not issue invoices. Your invoicing software does, SmartBill or Oblio, through a connector, at the moment you choose. The invoice shows in the order.
- Stock
You sell the same item twice, once on the live and once on the website.
One operational stock per variant: reserved at the comment, consumed at shipping. Variants by size and colour, bundles with derived stock, inventory reconciliation.
- Customers
You don’t know who refused three parcels and who bought ten times.
The customer file builds itself from the first order: identities on channels, phone, address, language, trust level, consents. No account needed for the customer.
- Reports
You don’t know if you made money after shipping and refusals.
Every live’s report: reservations, clarifications, unique customers, value. Real margin with cost, shipping and refusals is in progress; until then, the calculator.
- Team
Two of you work on orders and nobody knows who confirmed what.
Invite people into the account, with roles: the owner decides, everyone else works on orders, packing or the live. Every action carries its author in the timeline.
