The website
The website uses no tracking cookies and loads no scripts from advertising networks. Traffic statistics, if enabled, are aggregated and contain no personal identifiers. Fonts are served from our own server.
The forms on the website (checklist, waitlist, contact) collect your email address, optionally your WhatsApp number, your country and your message, together with the page you sent the form from. We use them only for what you asked and, if you ticked the box, for LiveShopia news. You can unsubscribe at any time, from any message or by writing to office@liveshopia.com.
The app
In the app, you are the controller of your customers’ data and LiveShopia is the processor, under the data processing agreement accepted when the account is created. Details on isolation, hosting, retention and rights are on the Security and GDPR page.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Write to office@liveshopia.com; we reply within 30 days. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
