The app is free. You pay only per order processed through the platform, with no subscription and no percentage of sales. A refused parcel counts as an order.
A month without lives costs nothing. The per-order rate is the same whatever the order is worth. We send it on request, before you pay anything.
What a processed order includes
- The reservation from the comment, with order and waitlist
- The WhatsApp cart and the confirmation conversation
- Cash-on-delivery rules and the trust level
- The label from your courier account and the packing label
- The invoice from your invoicing software, through the connector
- Parcel scanning and the full order timeline

Frequently asked questions
Why not a percentage of sales?
Because we do not want to earn more when you sell at a higher price. You pay for the work we do: a processed order, with cart, label and invoice, costs the same whatever its value.
Why does a refused parcel count as an order?
Because we processed it: cart, confirmation, label, statement. That way we have no interest in hiding your refusals; the cash-on-delivery features exist to reduce them.
How much do WhatsApp messages cost?
Messages go out through your Whapi.ro account, on top of Meta’s official API, and Meta charges per message, by category. You pay for them separately, not through LiveShopia, and we add no margin on them. The WhatsApp Business guide explains Meta’s model.
Is there a subscription?
No. The account, channels, team and every feature are free. You pay only for orders processed through the platform.
How do I get the per-order rate?
Write to us through the form on this page or at office@liveshopia.com and we send you the rate. You pay for no order before you accept it.
