A cash-on-delivery statement, “borderou” in Romanian, is the settlement document the courier sends you: the list of delivered cash-on-delivery parcels, one per AWB, with the amounts collected and the transfer to you.
Each courier names it a little differently and sends it in its own format. It tells you which money came in, for which parcels, and which parcels are missing from the payment, usually because they were refused or are still on the road.
In LiveShopia, importing the statement marks the collected payments on the orders and highlights refused parcels, which go into the customer’s history.
