It depends on your sales profile. With cash on delivery, no deposit and automatic confirmation, the order confirms itself when the customer picks delivery and payment; you only see orders ready to ship.
With a deposit or seller confirmation, the order lands on the “Today” screen under “To approve”. You see the cart, the proof of payment if sent, the customer’s trust level and her history. “Approve” confirms the order and, unless it is a personal pickup, queues the shipping label. “Reject” releases the stock and writes to the customer.
If it still does not work: an order without an address cannot be approved; the bot asks again when you tap “Ask for address”. Personal pickup needs no address.
