Frequently asked questions

Why is revenue computed only on delivered orders?

Because a refused order brings no money; it only brings the round-trip shipping cost. Revenue is what you actually collected, and refusals show separately, as a loss.

Does profit per hour include the hours after the live?

Yes. Carts, labels and packing are work; if they take two hours after every live, they share the profit.
