You need a professional Instagram account (Business or Creator) linked to a Facebook Page, and the admin role on that Page. In Channels, tap “Connect Instagram” and follow Meta’s steps: choose the Page, accept the permissions for live comments and messages.
After connecting, any live started from that account sends its comments to the cockpit, with the parser’s decision for each.
If it still does not work: most often the Instagram account is not linked to the Facebook Page, or the admin role is missing. Check in Meta Business Suite, then disconnect and reconnect the channel in LiveShopia. If permissions were partially accepted, Meta lists them under “Business integrations” in your account, where you can complete them.
